Website Project Pricing The official price for all this is £1600 (premium plus website plus webcopy) and have offered to give you a discounted price of £1500 if you commit within the week, so yes I agree to a discount website cost our premium plus website and webcopy. Will need your admin details for the website, confirmation of your pages / extra services, specific requests for the new site and any new photos as well as deposit to start work. Look forward to getting this one started for you.
I have an official project questionnaire that I will attach, please fill it in and email back if you get time. If you adobe acrobat installed you can simply fill in your details in the boxes and save it then send it back, feel free to ignore questions that you feel are not relevant to you.
Website Transfers
Have updated your 1and1 admin email address to my one to hopefully lessen your time spend during the transfer of the two websites. Its possible that you will still get a ‘confirmation request’ email from 1and1 for the domain transfer and if this is the case please either acknowledge it or forward to myself and I will sort if for you. We wasn’t told about your second domain (the .co.uk) We will continue with the transfer of both domains assuming you want them both transferred, obviously this takes more time / effort / fees on our behalf and this will invoke a small increase (£30) to the final invoice. Hope that’s acceptable.

Additionally we have found some text on your website is on other sites, ideally we have no copied text on any pages but its possible that these other companies copied from yourself first, do you know about this?

Happy to help your office manager setup the facebook / twitter accounts and can do it remotely (we take over your pc from here) or you can come to us here in Stanford-le-hope and we can do it, alternatively we can set up the facebook page and make yourself the administrator.
Its actually usually good (from an SEO point of view) when someone copies your webcopy (as Google knows you are the original and penalises the copiers) but you dont know for sure if your existing text is copied we shall have to investigate more. Copyright protection is something you have by default if you are the original author / publisher / owner and if someone uses your text or images you can tackle them legally if you wanted to.
You have given us colours of blue / white but not given us any examples of websites you like but I see you did give us your competitor’s site. Have you any more and have you your logo stored in an electronic image format like photoshop? We like the example site and can easily create a website like theirs for you.

Technical Stuff:
1 We have installed Analytics so visits are now being recorded and you will get a monthly report of visitors to your site. The first report will only show the amount of days between us doing it and the start of the month but subsequent reports will be the full month
2 Your site has been added to webmaster tools to aid our control of the site to ensure it is indexed correctly and that no problems are recorded
3 All your updated / new pages now submitted via a sitemap
4 Your old pages that were indexed in the search engines have equivalent new pages and if those pages are typed in or selected from a link they will be automatically redirected
Have attached the final invoice that shows the change for the extra disk space for all your email accounts and the extra domain.
