Email setup solutions
The way I understand it you want to
1, Export your email contact lists from windows live mail and import to the Ipad
2, Setup email on your Ipad
3, Import contact list to Ipad
I have found instructions that you can follow do these steps, will assume you are running windows live mail 2011 and have windows 7
1,you can export the contact list but I have found that there is no way to physically import it into the Ipad but you need to use Itunes to sync with your email program (they use Outlook as an example but I havent done this before)
2, setup email on your Ipad – using these details (or the details on the attached document) Ipad POP3 email setup details
3 Import contact list (see point 1)

if you need me to help you on your PC then I can do this remotely using the remote control software. To allow us to remote control your PC (to enable us to setup your email account) you will need to download and run this application. Once you have this installed give us the ID and password then we can take over your computer while you watch and we can setup your email for you.
