To dig out the entire area to a depth of 250mm
To lay a membrane fabric down across the entire area
To supply and lay 150mm thick of type one base
To supply and lay 30 mm sharp sand
To supply and lay 24.5m2 of brindle block paving bricks
To install a block paving manhole cover to centre of the paved area
To install channel drain system on the front edge of new driveway with a soak away to the side.
Block Paving Area 2
following my visit to your home I’m writing to thank you for choosing our block paving for you new driveway of 26m2 and to install drainage which is a requirement in your area works to start within 3 weeks, as I said in my discussion with yourself the side wall would also be included if you did require it and also the option of a step. All the work and materials for the sum of £1850, we have reduced the prices as this is a residential project. We will be waiting for your design on colour and patterns
Re-turf Lawn 1
To supply and lay approximately 11m2 of turf
To prepare the ground to lay the turf onto and remove or add soil.
To remove the plastic edge strip currently being used at edge of lawn.
To remove and re-lay the stepping stone on existing lawn mower dye to new lawn level.
The cost of all materials and labour will be £350
