7: Any images That Have Been Used Without Copyright Or Permission Are Used At Your (the clients) Risk.
8: CHECK ALL OF THE DOCUMENT – NOT JUST THE BITS YOU HAVE CHANGED – IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK.
In addition, once the artwork has been cleared and confirmed to go to print, it means all information was correct at time of print and mis-proofing after printing has commenced is at your own risk.
You will still have to PAY for all print and design time as you did not check the proofs correctly.

Please be aware that unless your computer and monitor are correctly colour profiled, you may not see a true representation of your colour email proof, and some printed tones may appear different to that that you have viewed on screen. All the artwork that you are approved are subsequently assumed perfect and right and will be classed as being ready to go to print, and the responsibility passes to you the customer, so please check all spelling, colour and layout thoroughly before passing the proofed job.
